The work package 1 is responsible for the overall project coordination. It involves comprehensive management and coordination of the whole project including administrative, financial, and legal support, organizing regular meetings for progress updates and issue resolution, and establishing advisory boards and coordinating alignment with 1+MG national mirror groups. Additionally, WP oversees monitoring scientific progress, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with intellectual property regulations.

The work is divided int 5 tasks:

1. Administrative, financial and legal management
2. Consortium management.
3. Establish and manage GoE representation in national mirror groups
4. Scientific progress monitoring and risk management
5. IP management
