This WP outlines the WGS data collection activities within GoE. The set of tasks map the key steps from sample selection to sequencing and data analyses related to the use cases. Depending on the current state of WGS legacy data, sequencing capacity, GDI nodes and other necessary infrastructure, the exact nature of tasks within this WP will differ across countries. The main goal is to collectively collect 100,000 citizens WGS data from 40 ancestral populations living in Europe.
