The focus of this WP is to facilitate submission and analysis of the GoE data (WGS and phenotype data) to the 1+MG data infrastructure established by the GDI project. WP4 coordinates with GDI project and oversees the flow of GoE datasets across the 1+MG data life cycle. Overall, WP4 will make GoE data accessible across borders through GDI and provide the data management/stewardship knowledge and capacity needed for the data preparation and inclusion following the 1+MG Framework recommendations.

The work is divided into 2 tasks:
