The focus of this WP is to facilitate submission and analysis of the GoE data (WGS and phenotype data) to the 1+MG data infrastructure established by the GDI project. Overall, WP4 will make GoE data accessible across borders through GDI and provide the data management/stewardship knowledge and capacity needed for the data preparation and inclusion following the 1+MG Framework recommendations.

Additionally, WP4 will facilitate discussions between GoE and GDI to technically support the GoE use cases and other needs.
