Genome of Europe consortium gathered after this years ESHG conference in Gothenburg for a consortium meeting. Over 100 partner representatives joined in person (and about 80 online) for this day of engaging discussions, productive collaboration, and shared progress across the project. Our community members were accompanied also by GoE Scientific, Ethical and Minority Advisory Board members and Project Officer Alina Lupu. We also welcomed some new members of the GoE family who attended a GoE meeting for the first time, in particular our colleagues from Bosnia & Herzegovina and Armenia, who joined the group of “GoE observer countries”.
During this productive day work package leads highlighted the work done during last 6 months. Advisory boards provided feedback of the work done so far and led insightful discussions on topics important to the consortium members.
